Orders over £250 have FREE Postage (UK Only)

Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery once payment has cleared (10-14 for tie dyed designs) Delivery is normally much faster than this. If there is going to be a significant delay with any of your products, I will contact you immediately.

It can take 5-7 working days for cheque payments to go through, so please remember to add that into delivery times

I try to recycle packaging wherever possible to help the environment. If you would like new packaging then please tell me at time of ordering.

Some of my products are dropshipped directly to you from my supplier.  This speeds up delivery and allows me to stock a much wider range of nappies and so have ones that will suit your child.

Returns

Unwashed, unused and in their original condition items will receive a full refund or exchange for 3 months after purchase.

Used or prewashed nappies (only one of each type purchased) will be treated as a trial nappy, and will recieve a 70% refund within one month of purchase.

Stock

As I do not hold all of the stock on my premises, there are times when my supplier is out of stock, causing a delay of approx 2 weeks at times.  If there is a problem, I will contact you as soon as I know so that you are kept informed and can make new choices if you would prefer.  I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, it is done so that I can offer the widest range available, and ensure that your child has the right nappy.
